Laser Pointer
With the visual representation of the laser beam, our SpeedMarker ensures that each laser job is accurately positioned prior to starting, and clearly identifies the starting point for laser marking. This is especially useful during set up with items that are irregular in shape, or require precise positioning.
Lenses
Depending on the size of the laser marking area, various high-resolution lenses are available from 2.8 x 2.8 in. (70 x 70 mm) up to 33 x 33 in. (850 x 850 cm). 3-axis lens-systems are available with working areas up to 59 x 59 in. (1,5m x 1,5m).
WinLase Graphic Software
Offering a built-in software module for graphic layouts, WinLase is Windows-based and compatible with WIN XP or WIN 2000 - offering simple operation and seamless graphic import from 12 different file formats (bitmap and vector-formats). Built-in barcode and data-matrix generator, easy communication with the "outer world" (e.g. trigger signals, PLCs, ...), serial number - function, easy definition of shift codes, expiry dates or similar.
"Marking On The Fly"-Module
The SpeedMarker supports on-the-fly laser marking during material movement, so the object does not need to stop during the laser marking process.
